Shawnee County commissioners Monday delayed taking action for two weeks on a conditional use permit sought by two people wanting to establish a horse stable and riding clinic.
County counselor Rich Eckert informed commissioners that they shouldn't take action based on state statute and case law. He also said the county should refund the application fee to Adam and Christine Holden, the applicants.See the full content of this document
