Summary
Since its formal inception in December 2007, the Law Enforcement Partnership Panel continues its active involvement serving as liaison between citizens of Topeka and Shawnee County and law enforcement on community law enforcement matters.
LEPP was formed by steering committee members representing the city of Topeka, NAACP, the Topeka Police Department and community leaders. Its efforts were supported by the legal community, the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office, community business leaders and residents.
