All charges filed against two men arrested in connection with Sunday's homicide in the 400 block of S.E. California Avenue have been dismissed. Officials suspect a third man still wanted in connection with the shooting may be fleeing to Mexico.

Cirilo Arreola-Villa, 33, and Ranulfo Retana, 31, were released Tuesday evening from the Shawnee County Jail, authorities disclosed Wednesday.
