The Senior Adults/Adaptive Recreation division with Parks and Recreation of Topeka is offering a new session of AquaExercise beginning Monday at the pool at the Colmery-O'Neil VA Medical Center. The class will meet from 6:15 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays and offer a slow-paced workout, featuring walking, stretching and range of motion improvement.
