Hiawatha's Halloween Frolic is in its 92nd year, and the 2006 Boo Scootin' Boogie starts with a children's parade at 2 p.m. on Oregon Street. The Hiawatha Band will strike up tunes at 6 p.m. at the grandstand on Oregon, and the Halloween Queen will be crowned at 6:30 p.m. The parade for all ages starts after the coronation.
