Nearly two weeks spent reconnecting with my 6-year-old daughter has confirmed two hunches of mine: When she's old enough to do her own laundry, she'll never finish folding a load of sheets, and she can build a sturdier tent from a bed sheet than anything for sale at a camping supply store.
