The bells of St. Marys -- The Christmas season will come alive at 5 p.m. Friday on the streets and at George J. Perry Memorial Armory in St. Marys. The city's lights display will be turned on and the bells in the community will toll at 5 p.m., followed by a Snowball Drop for turkeys, hams, Chamber bucks and business discounts at 5:30 p.m., Santa's arrival at 6:30 p.m. and the announcement of business window decoration winners at 7 p.m .
Arts and crafts -- Chase County Arts and Crafts Fair will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony's Hall in Strong City. A kid's craft table will be available, and the first 20 children in attendance will receive a free gift. The fair is being held in conjunction with the Chase County Christmas and Courthouse lighting in nearby Cottonwood Falls.See the full content of this document
