Gov. Kathleen Sebelius announced on Monday that Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., and several civil rights activists will attend the Monday dedication of the Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site.
Sebelius said Cummings, who serves as chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, accepted her invitation to attend the events.
