Gov. Kathleen Sebelius announced on Monday that Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., and several civil rights activists will attend the Monday dedication of the Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site.
Sebelius said Cummings, who serves as chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, accepted her invitation to attend the events. She also announced that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer --- whom authorities confirmed last week would attend --- had accepted her invitation.See the full content of this document
