Summary
A grand jury has indicted a Topeka man and 14 other people in unrelated cases of possessing or distributing child pornography over the Internet.
Aaron Shaffer, 26, of Topeka, is charged with distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography. U.S. Attorney Eric Melgren said Shaffer distributed on Jan. 10, 2003, pornographic images of prepubescent minors and children younger than 12 portraying sadistic and masochistic conduct and violence.See the full content of this document
