Two men were charged Wednesday with the January 2002 shooting of the manager of Carlos O'Kelly's Mexican Cafe, which left him unable to walk.
Shawnee County District Attorney Robert Hecht charged James Griffin, 31, and Maurice Franklin Jr., 29, with attempted intentional second-degree murder of Bob Fraser, manager and part owner of Carlos O'Kelly's, 3425 S. Kansas Ave. The two also were charged with attempted aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.See the full content of this document
