Simplify the System

Yes, pass Medicare for all. Americans don't seem to realize how much money this would save them in the long run. Our taxes would be higher, but less money overall would come out of our paychecks for health care. Simplify the system and keep it the same for all 50 states. We are one nation, after all. Everyone should get health coverage, like in so many of the countries where socialized medicine is the program used for health care.
